Opera has announced it is introducing a built-in Crypto Wallet to its Android browser

. The system is currently in beta stage and lets you send and receive crypto on the go. In doing so, Opera becomes the first major browser with a built-in Crypto Wallet. The company is now inviting the users to join. The Crypto Wallet can be accessed from the toggle in the Android mobile browser. So, this reduces the hassle to open a new browser or download a separate extension to send and receive cryptocurrency.

What Crypto Wallet brings to the table?

-As a result, it now facilitates a faster and secure wallet to wallet transactions.

-Online shopping is never a hassle anymore. The wallet is integrated with digital currency exchange coin base. Now you can pay your shopping bills with cryptocurrency right from the wallet itself.

-Introduced a new feature called Explore Web 3.0. This feature facilitates to interact with decentralised web apps on Ethereum network. Also, it supports tokens and Crypto collectables.

-The wallet features a simple user interface. You no need to enter the PIN or password to authorise the transactions. You can instead use the unlock screen code such as a fingerprint.

With Opera browser adding new features to its arsenal, it may not take much time for other browsers like Google Chrome. Safari or Edge if there is adequate demand. This is not the first time Opera forayed into Cryptocurrency. Earlier in March this year, Opera has updated its browser currency converter with support for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Lite coin and Bitcoin cash.
