Samsung is all set to unveil its new budget M series of smartphones that replaces the J series. The company is expected to unveil three budget range smartphones M10, M20 and M30 on January 28. So far there are no concrete details available regarding the upcoming mobiles. Now, new details emerged online that revealed the specifications and schematics of the upcoming Galaxy M10. Most of the specifications seem to be in line with the earlier rumours except the Processor. The new Galaxy M10 to sport 7872 Exynos SoC in contrary to the speculated 7870 Exynos. Going by the specifications, Galaxy M 10 is said to be a mid-range device. Let’s take a closer look at the details that emerged online.
Alleged specifications of Samsung Galaxy M10
The smartphone features a 6.2-inch screen with an infinity-V display having thin bezels on the sides. Coming to the dimensions, Galaxy M10 measures 155.6X75.6X7.7mm and weighs 160g. There are no details with regard to the fingerprint scanner. Whether M10 sports an in-display fingerprint sensor remains to be seen. There is a proximity light sensor and speaker on the top of the phone. The volume rocker and the power key are present on the right side of the phone. There is a SIM card slot on the left side of the phone.
As for the camera, Galaxy M10 features a selfie camera on the front end of the phone. There is dual-camera setup accompanied by LED flash on the rear end. Out of the two cameras, one of them is a 13MP primary sensor and the other is a 5MP secondary sensor. Both the sensors are said to come with autofocus feature. Further, the device would be available in two RAM variants, i.e., 2GB and 3GB. Further, M10 would be powered by a 3400 mAh non-removable battery. On the flip side, the phone does not support fast charging. Although it is disappointing, it is justifiable by its budget pricing. In addition, the 3400mAh battery would offer a decent battery backup.

Apart, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro-USB port at the bottom of the phone. Although the pricing is yet to be revealed, it is expected that would cost anywhere around Rs. 10,000.
