We have entered 2019 folks and there are much excitement and hype regarding the launch of new phones. It seems Motorola is already working on a new Z series smartphone likely Moto Z4 Play. Today new 3D view and 360-degree video renders of the upcoming phone surfaced offering a sneak peek of its details thanks to @OnLeaks and Compare Raja. It is speculated Motorola would come with a new design putting an end to its Moto Mods. But that doesn’t seem to be the case as the company appears to stick with its Moto Mods.
Therefore, the design of Moto Z4 Play would be more or less similar to Moto Z3 Play. However, there would be improvements with regard to the display. The bezels appear to be thinner and it sports a water-drop shaped notch on top of the display. There is a power button and the volume button on the right side of the phone as usual. But strangely the speaker grill appears to be on the top frame.
Coming to other features, there is a circular camera and a LED flash enclosed in a circular pattern, typical of Motorola phones. Also, there is a visible Motorola logo beneath the camera. A 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port and a pinhole microphone are present on the bottom frame. One more typical feature noticed in the renders is the absence of fingerprint sensor either on the rear side or on the sides (Moto Z3 Play has a side mounted fingerprint sensor). So, the phone is most likely to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.
