It has long been rumored that HMD Global has its eyes set on the two phones reportedly Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus. The latest upcoming smartphones often make their way to Geekbench before they are released. Now the latest to join the list is the Nokia 7.1 Plus aka Nokia X7. The Geek bench listing reveals more details of the upcoming device. From the listing, it appears Nokia 7.1 Plus reveals the presence of the Snapdragon 710 processor. Owing to the processor, the device recorded an impressive score in Geek bench listing. The new Snapdragon 710 processor is said to be as powerful as the Snapdragon 835.
Nokia 7.1 Plus with 6GB RAM gets Benchmarked
Nokia 7.1 Plus recorded an impressive score of 1827 in single-core tests and 5937 on multi-core tests. Also, some of the specifications rumored in the TENAA listing also appeared to be true. As rumored earlier, the device will be powered by 6GB RAM and will support expandable storage up to 128GB. Coming to the camera department, the smartphone is touted to feature a 13-megapixel camera sensor and a 12-megapixel sensor on the rear. The front portion of the device features an impressive 20-megapixel camera.

The dual rear camera has been said to be developed in collaboration with Carl Zeiss. Going by the TENAA listing the device would be powered by a 3400 mAh battery. Also, the device is touted to feature LED flash near the cameras. Nokia 7.1 plus is listed on Geek Bench with Android 8.o Oreo OS. Going by the past history, it is more likely for Nokia 7.1 plus to run on Android Pie by the year-end.
As far as the launch is concerned, HMD Global might launch the new device as China exclusive for the first few months, before it arrives in the International market.
