To check your Jio main balance through IVR, dial *333# from your smartphone. Your remaining Jio balance will be displayed on the screen.

To check Jio prepaid balance and validity, you can send SMS “BAL” to 199. Then you would receive an SMS displaying the balance and validity of your existing plan.
To check Jio’s postpaid balance, you can send SMS “BILL” to 199. You will then receive an SMS on your phone displaying the Jio postpaid balance amount that would be billed.
To know the Jio tariff plan right from your mobile, send an SMS “My Plan” to 199. You will then receive an SMS with the details of the current Jio plan in use. If you are a postpaid customer, then you can view the current plan details.
To do Jio validity check, go to the “My Plans” section, and you will get to know the validity of your current Jio plan. If you are a prepaid customer, you can view the balance details and validity.

Most of the Reliance Jio postpaid plans are bundled plans that offer 4G data along with SMS and Calling benefits.
